For the event, we have a specially negotiated rate of $264++ for the evenings of Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, and Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025. Please indicate the nights you require a room using the hotel registration link below no later than Sept. 1, 2025 to reserve your hotel room at this rate. If you wish to extend your hotel reservations for an extra night before Sept. 24, 2025, or after Sept. 25, 2025, the regular hotel room rate of $335++ will apply.
